Photos or short video clips may be taken during services for promotional purposes (website and/or social media). Client consent is always respected, and no content will be posted without approval.
Pricing

All prices listed are base rates.

Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size and condition (excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, spills, etc.).

Prices are non-negotiable.

Any additional charges will be discussed with the client before service begins.

We accept cash or card payments through Square Tap to Pay (Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay). E-transfer is also available if you prefer.
Booking & Scheduling

All bookings made online are automatically approved, but appointment times may be adjusted depending on my schedule.

Clients will be contacted if a reschedule is required.

Please provide accurate details of your vehicle and location during booking.

Extreme weather may result in a rescheduling or cancellation for the safety of your vehicle and our technicians.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service price.

Rescheduling is allowed but may be subject to availability.
Service Requirements

Vehicles must be parked in a safe, accessible area for detailing and our technicians.

Hose access is required at the service location. Please confirm this before booking.

If access is not available, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled.

Clients must ensure the vehicle is available and ready for detailing at the scheduled time.
Liability

We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the vehicle

Items left inside the vehicle (please remove valuables before service)
