How can I pay?
I accept cash or card payments through Square Tap to Pay (Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay). E-transfer is also available if you prefer.

What products do you use?

I use professional-grade products from brands such as Koch Chemie, P&S and CarPro to ensure safe, effective and high-quality results.

What happens if it rains?
Since I am mobile, weather can affect bookings. If extreme weather occurs, I may need to reschedule. I will always reach out far beforehand if weather becomes an issue.

How long does a detail take?
Most services take 2–4 hours depending on the size of the vehicle and the package you book. I will give you an estimated time when I arrive.

Do you come to me?
Yes. Kai’s Mobile Shine is 100% mobile. I come to you within the Fort Langley / Walnut Grove / Langley area. If you are outside this area, message me to confirm if I can travel.

Do you need access to power or water? 

I will only need access to a standard outdoor water hose for my equipment. Please make sure that is available before your appointment. (No hose required for refresh service)

What do I need to do before my detail?
Please remove any personal belongings or valuables from your vehicle so I can work efficiently and safely.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice so I can adjust my schedule.

How do I apply a gift card? 

How to redeem your gift card:

  1. Choose a service and select your date & time.

  2. On the final step, click “Add to Cart”.

  3. Go to checkout and enter your gift card code to apply it.

Any unused balance stays on the gift card.
